Alectinib，也被称为AF802、CH5424802或RO5424802，是一种有效的、选择性的、可口服的ALK抑制剂，具有独特的化学支架，对ALK基因改变的癌症，如表达EML4-ALK融合的非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)细胞和表达NPM-ALK融合的间变性大细胞淋巴瘤(ALCL)细胞，在体外和体内均表现出优先的抗肿瘤活性。CH5424802抑制ALK L1196M，抑制EML4-ALK L1196M驱动的细胞生长。ALK L1196M对应于对激酶抑制剂具有常见抗性的门控位点突变。Alectinib于2015年12月获批。
