9-Methoxyellipticine是一种生物碱，是DNA嵌入剂椭圆替汀的衍生物，已在黄斑草中发现，具有抗癌活性。它插入到DNA中，是野生型c-Kit和含有D816V激活突变的c-Kit的抑制剂(c-KitD816V;ic50分别= 0.8和0.6µM)。9-Methoxyellipticine在c-Kit配体SCF和表达c-KitD816V的Ba/F3细胞存在下抑制Ba/F3细胞的增殖(ic50分别为0.5和0.3µM)。它还增加了各种啮齿动物肿瘤模型的存活率。
