A -1155463是一种高效选择性BCL-XL抑制剂。相对于WEHI-539, A-1155463对bcl - xl依赖性细胞系的作用更强，同时不具有其固有的药物缺陷。A -1155463在小鼠中引起基于机制的可逆性血小板减少，并在多剂量后抑制H146小细胞肺癌异种移植肿瘤的体内生长。因此，A -1155463是研究BCL-XL生物学的良好工具分子，也是进一步优化的有效先导结构。
