Doxorubicin-SMCC，也称为ADR-SMCC, dox-SMCC，是阿霉素与SMCC连接剂(丁二酰-4-(N -马来酰亚甲基)环己烷-1-羧酸酯)的衍生物。多柔比星- smcc中的马来酰亚胺在pH为6.5-7.5时可与巯基反应形成稳定的硫醚键。Doxorubicin-SMCC可用于合成阿霉素与蛋白质、酶的生物偶联物;抗体、抗原和其他生物聚合物。阿霉素- smcc常用于给药研究。
